Sorry we can no longer offer free delivery, it has always been our aim with the online barbershop to provide a quality service at competitive prices. We value your custom and want to continue providing our value added service the only way we can do this currently (we hope to be able to re-introduce free shipping as soon as is possible) is to charge the costs that we have to pay the post office to deliver your order.

Our promise to you is that we will keep the costs involved with posting your orders 100% transparent. We recycle packaging so you don't pay extra for packaging the parcel, and the cost of posting the parcel is calculated by the weight of the individual items. If we make a mistake calculating the combined weight of your order, and the postage is then incorrect we will refund the difference by cheque. And correct the data so it doesn't happen again! From time to time, certain products will qualify for free postage, for instance Woody's travel size products can be sent out with £0 rate shipping.

Postal charges for deliveries within the UK are calculated from the combined weight of the items in your order, some of the options may not be available if the total weight of your order exceeds the weight limit for that postal service, more details below.

At the checkout there are 3 delivery options:

We always aim to despatch same day and deliver next day, but please allow between 1-5 days.

All deliveries from the online barbershop require a signature.

Back Orders
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will send you an email or telephone you to explain. You can then choose to receive a substitute product or wait until your original order is available. Your credit card will not be billed until we dispatch your order to you.

Postal charges for International deliveries are calculated from the combined weight of the items in your order. Currently we are only able to offer Airmail and Surface mail delivery to addresses within the EU, the maximum weight of packages that can be delivered is 2kg.

For most customers this rarely causes any problems, however in the event that the weight of your order is greater than the maximum weight allowed for the shipping service, you will need to make changes to the quantities in your cart. (see below)

When the contents of the card exceed the weight limit for International Airmail & surface mail delivery the cart will display no shipping costs! (see above)
We are looking at ways to resolve this problem, but for the moment the only way for customers to avoid delay and have their order delivered promptly is to remove items from the cart. (see below)



Once you have removed items from the cart, the correct shipping rate will be displayed (see below)



We appreciate this is a serious problem and are looking at ways to resolve it as a matter of priority.

We always aim to despatch same day. If there is likely to be a delay in processing your order, because either the products are out of stock, or the weight of your order exceeds the maximum weight for that service, we will contact you by phone or email. Your payment card will not be charged until the order has been dispatched

Missing Items
Get in touch with us immediately if your order does not arrive when it should or is incomplete. We will find out what went wrong and get it to your doorstep ASAP. email Customer service
