Postal charges for International deliveries are calculated from the combined weight of the items in your order. Currently we are only able to offer Airmail and Surface mail delivery to addresses within the EU, the maximum weight of packages that can be delivered is 2kg.
For most customers this rarely causes any problems, however in the event that the weight of your order is greater than the maximum weight allowed for the shipping service, you will need to make changes to the quantities in your cart. (see below)

When the contents of the card exceed the weight limit for International Airmail & surface mail delivery the cart will display no shipping costs! (see above)
We are looking at ways to resolve this problem, but for the moment the only way for customers to avoid delay and have their order delivered promptly is to remove items from the cart. (see below)

Once you have removed items from the cart, the correct shipping rate will be displayed (see below)

We appreciate this is a serious problem and are looking at a number of ways to
resolve it as a matter of priority.
At the checkout there are 2 delivery options:
- Airmail (International signed for)
- Surface mail (International signed for)
UK VAT is included in our prices & shipping costs
We always aim to despatch same day. If there is likely to be
a delay in processing your order, because either the products
are out of stock, or the weight of your order exceeds the
maximum weight for that service, we will contact you by phone
or email. Your payment card will not be charged until the order has been dispatched
Sorry aerosol products cannot be posted internationally
Airmail aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days.
Surface mail Delivery times are likely to be:
- Western Europe: Up to 2 weeks from date of posting
- Eastern Europe: Up to 5 weeks
Missing Items
Get in touch with us immediately if your order does not arrive
when it should or is incomplete. We will find out what went
wrong and get it to your doorstep ASAP. email customer service
Back Orders
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will
send you an email or telephone you to explain. You can then
choose to receive a substitute product or wait until your original
order is available. Your credit card will not be billed until
we dispatch your order to you. |
