Postal charges for deliveries
within the UK are calculated from the combined weight of the
items in your order,
some of
the postal options may
not be available if the total weight of your order exceeds
the weight limit for that postal service, more details below.
At the checkout there are 3 delivery options:
- Royal Mail 1st class Recorded (signed for)
- Royal Mail 2nd class Recorded (signed for)
- Take Away
We always aim to despatch same day and deliver next day, but
please allow between 1-5 days. Delivery is free on orders over £60.00
All deliveries from the online barbershop
require a signature. The delivery prices have been
increased
to include this additional 70p charge and unfortunately we
have had to remove the standard parcel service from the delivery
options.
First Class mail aims to deliver your letter
or packet the next working day, including Saturday. Second
Class mail aims to deliver your packet by the third working
day after posting,
including Saturday. Please
note
the
2nd class delivery option will not be available in the options
list if the the total weight of your order exceeds 1kg

Costs will be calculated by the combined

Take Away. Please only select this
option if you are able to collect the package from our Aberystwyth
Barbershop
FREE shipping on web orders over £60:
Refers to the total value of your goods bought online, excluding
delivery. Goods must be in stock. Free delivery applies to
all UK addresses using Royal
Mail standard postal services. (1st, 2nd class post)
Missing Items
Get in touch with us immediately if your order does not arrive
when it should or is incomplete. We will find out what went
wrong and get it to your doorstep ASAP. email customer service
Back Orders
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will
send you an email or telephone you to explain. You can then
choose to receive a substitute product or wait until your original
order is available. Your credit card will not be billed until
we dispatch your order to you. |
