Ordering online is a great way to shop and very easy...
It's also very safe. Follow these easy steps for a great shopping experience!

Step 1. Choose a product

Select a category from one of the links above. This will display a list of products.

Step 2. Ordering

When you find a product that you would like to buy, simply click on the button to add it to your shopping cart. (You can find more information about the product by clicking on the product example: American Crew shampoo 200ml ). This will add the item to your cart. The number of items and value of your order is shown in the shopping cart at the top of every page.

Step 3. Your Order

When you've finished shopping click on the 'Your cart link'. This will take you to your order. You can make any amendments here, such as changing a quantity. To continue shopping, select 'Continue Shopping'. Or press Go to Checkout

This is where you can enter your offer code if you have one, the cart total will then be refreshed automatically to show how much you have saved

Fill in your name and address details on the form. This should be your credit card billing address. There is also an option to remember your details. Selecting this option has the benefit of allowing you to store your address details which will speed up checkout next time.

Step 5. Delivery Address

At the Checkout confirmation page, you may use your main address (your billing card address) as your delivery address or enter a new delivery address ie, your workplace or a neighbour if you know there will be no one at home to sign for the delivery.

Step 6. Payment

Our secure server software (SSL) is from WorldPay more info, who use state of the art security tools and techniques, including Thawte 2048 bit encryption and their own unique encryption systems to ensure that every transaction is completely secure. At the browser 128 bit SSL is used. You will notice a locked padlock icon (or unbroken key) at the bottom of the browser window, this means that all your personal information, credit card details, name and address etc cannot be read by others as the information is being sent.

We use WorldPay pre-authorisation to prevent fraudulent card transactions, this means that orders will be processed but no money will change hands until if needed further checks have been made on the purchasing card.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel an Order. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock

• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

• The identification of a pricing or product description error

Step 7. Order Number

You will be given a confirmation Order Number. Please keep this handy in case you need to contact us regarding your order. You will also be sent an email confirmation.

Please note you will need to provide a telephone number or email address for us to be able to confirm receipt of your order. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has cleared with the bank, this can take as long as 5 working days. We will contact you as soon as the cheque has cleared to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
