We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or arrange a refund. Please read "Returns" below. The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) |

We have a no quibble return policy - which does exactly what the label says. You want to return something, for any reason at all, and we won’t quibble, argue or get stroppy! You have up to 30 days to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item, un-used within 30 days of the receipt of your order, we’ll exchange or refund it, no questions asked. Please note, sale items work slightly differently. These have a seven-day return policy to enable us to process the return and put it back into the sale section before the sale ends. |
Why don't you offer free returns when most of your competitors do? |
We thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products. We don’t want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it’s our policy to charge for returns. If we've made a mistake with your order, sent the wrong item(s) for example then we will of course fully refund the cost of your returning the goods to us.
